Training

As a trainer I will coach and lead you through workouts that will be small steps to reaching your overall goal. I will coach you, hold you accountable, encourage you, motivate you, empower you and offer strategies to reach your goals.

A typical training session consists of a 5-10 minute warm up proceeded by either cardiovascular training, strength training or a combination of both. The kinds of fitness activities/exercises used during a training session vary based on the client’s needs, limitations and availability. The session will typically end with a stretching segment. Session length is generally 55-60 minutes.

Examples of activities/exercises:

Dumbbells/Exercise tubing & bands

Yoga

Pilates

High Intensity Interval Training

Circuit Training

Athletic Drills

Foam Rolling
